Concealed Weapon Slot

Mission planning is an option in episodic missions. It lets players discover different starting points as well as smuggled items and gear slots before they enter the map. These planning options increase as players progress through challenges and unlock higher Mission Mastery levels. This gives players the ability to create the perfect mission for every challenge.

Gear Slot

In the beginning of the game, players will find their gear slots quickly get full, resulting in the dreaded "Your Gear slots for real money are full" message that prevents Max from acquiring new equipment until the old ones are removed or space is obtained. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the solution to this issue. They give players more inventory space for completing challenging missions. However, since the majority of these challenges are scattered across the world and could be missed, it can take an extended time to obtain the maximum number of inventory slots in the game.

The five Gear Slots of a player can be filled with up to five different types of gear. These must be selected from the Gear Selection menu before a break-in begins. Each individual gear item (except the Pistol) takes up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades that are of the same type) only uses one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you progress through Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations let you keep items that aren't suitable in your concealed weapon or gear slot, and get them back later.

These pick-ups can be useful in situations where your job requires you to pass through a frisk or if you carry a weapon with you that could raise suspicion. You can only conceal only one item at a pick-up location.

This DLC also includes new security and asset protection contracts to the agency. To begin these missions just talk to the receptionist at the agency and stock up on armor and snacks. Once you have reached the mission marker, identify a mob when you arrive.
