Amazon's new Prime service is intended to complement the existing Prime subscriptions. It has also begun partnering with supermarkets to offer its delivery service. This includes a partnership with Prime and Morrisons that will allow Prime members the ability to shop for their entire groceries online shopping sites for clothes, and have it delivered the next day.

Currently, the service is only available currently in London and the Home Counties. However, it will be extended to other areas in 2021. To avail the service you'll need to have an active postcode and email address. The Amazon Fresh app guides you through the process for choosing your groceries and selecting an hour-long delivery time.

The first store that was till-free opened in west London in 2021 and was the company's first venture outside of the US. The store was closed on Sundays as were two other stores in East Sheen and Wandsworth. The stores were self-checkout so that customers could scan their phones to pay prior to leaving.
