The titration process is designed to find the right balance between your symptoms and the side effects of medication. The process can last for up to 8 weeks. This will allow you to improve your symptoms while minimising negative side effects. The psychiatrist will track your progress and offer suggestions for further treatment. They may also refer you to your GP or another specialist for psychosocial or CBT assistance.

The titration appointment will be followed by an annual assessment if you decide to begin taking medication. You'll need to attend a titration meeting every 3-4 weeks until you're stable on the medication. These appointments will be billed privately and will cost between PS60-PS110 per month.
