Additionally it has a blemish on its track record in respect to labour rights, with no transparency regarding its suppliers' working conditions or the abuse of female workers. Ethical Consumer recently classified the company as "Very Poor".

The retailer based in the UK is proud to offer low-cost clothes for women. However, its website crashed after it ran a flash sale and was flooded with customers. The incident caused controversy on social media and even in the press. Customers were told to try again, while others were compelled to refresh the site for hours. Some politicians have even demanded an investigation into the company's practices.
