Another expert GlobalData's Neil Saunders, was a less than impressed with the store. He said that although the store was innovative, it lacked an understanding of the market and was "too complex." Saunders stated that, even though he believed that Amazon was still a firm believer in brick and mortar retail, the decision to shut down its 4-Star bookstores and stores last year is a sign that it is focusing on the most important issues for consumers.
